Loans for Micro Enterprises
1. Who can get loans:
Be a woman - the owner of a micro-enterprise, a household business or have a major role in the management of the production and business activities of the micro-enterprise/household business.
2. Conditions for borrowing:
- Customers who belong to the above borrowers.
- Customers have borrowed capital at Thanh Hoa MFI for at least 6 months, currently have a loan and need to borrow more.
- Customers aged from 18 to 65 years old, have full civil act capacity as prescribed by law.
- Customers have permanent residence for at least 1 year or certificate of temporary residence for at least 3 years in the lending area of Thanh Hoa MFI.
- Customers and their spouses have no debt of group 2 or more in the last 6 months and have no debt of group 3 or more in the last 3 years at Thanh Hoa MFI and other credit institutions (up to the time of application), unless the customer can demonstrate that this is not the customer's fault.
- Customers have been in actual production business for 1 year or more.
- Customers have a viable business plan and is assessed by Thanh Hoa MFI as being able to repay the debt.
- Commitment to well abide by the lending regulations of Thanh Hoa MFI and lending cluster.
3. Loan purpose:
- Customers borrow capital for production and business in industries that are not prohibited by law, giving priority to lending for the purpose of creating and expanding business in the field of digital technology such as: online business, digital technology, value chain business, trade and production of clean and traditional products.
4. Location of capital collection/distribution:
- At the transaction points of Thanh Hoa MFI, located at the Village Cultural House where customers live.
5. Phương thức cho vay:
- Un secured loan, no collateral required
- Or Loans with collateral.
6. Tenor:
- Customers choose one of the tenors: 13 months, 15 months, 18 months, 20 months, 24 months.
7. Loan amount:
- From 55 million VND to 100 million VND
